{"id":6148,"date":"2020-11-23T14:58:21","date_gmt":"2020-11-23T14:58:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/idro.es\/todos-los-envases-aptos-hpp\/"},"modified":"2023-11-09T15:47:56","modified_gmt":"2023-11-09T15:47:56","slug":"todos-los-envases-aptos-hpp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/idro.es\/pt-pt\/todos-los-envases-aptos-hpp\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfTodos los envases son aptos para HPP?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Para poder desarrollar productos HPP <strong>un punto clave del proceso es el envase<\/strong> que se utiliza, tanto en la resistencia al proceso como en su dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Deben ser resistentes al agua<\/strong>, pues durante el proceso el envase entra en contacto directo con el agua de agua de presurizaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Han de ser flexibles.<\/strong> Este es un punto muy importante para que no colapsen o se deformen en el tratamiento. Durante la presurizaci\u00f3n el agua reduce el 10%-15% de su volumen inicial. Por ello, es necesario que tras el tratamiento el envase recupere su forma y tama\u00f1o inicial. Adem\u00e1s, de resistir al estr\u00e9s mec\u00e1nico causado por la presi\u00f3n hidrost\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Que el espacio de cabecera no sea excesivo<\/strong> para evitar su colapso y como consecuencia optimizar el ratio euro-kg\/ciclo. Recomendamos como m\u00e1ximo tener un espacio de cabeza del 10-15%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Envases no aptos para HPP<\/h2>\n<p>Cabe resaltar que <strong>no se podr\u00e1n utilizar envases r\u00edgidos de cristal o metal, ni tampoco envases de cart\u00f3n o tetra-brik<\/strong>. Se podr\u00e1n utilizar envases flexibles y\/o semirr\u00edgidos.<br \/>\nEn cuanto al dise\u00f1o, \u00e9ste ha de ser atractivo para el consumidor y maximizar la capacidad de carga del ciclo para optimizar el ratio euro-kg\/ciclo y disminuir los costes adicionales del proceso en el producto final.<\/p>\n<h2>Materiales pl\u00e1sticos m\u00e1s utilizados en la tecnolog\u00eda HPP<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PE, PP, PET, APET, CPET, HDPE, LDPE, EVOH<\/strong> entre otros.<\/li>\n<li>Estos materiales se pueden utilizar solos o combinados para mejorar la flexibilidad del envase y\/o sus propiedades barreras.<\/li>\n<li>En este punto es muy importante que el material tenga propiedades de barrera elevadas (permeabilidad al ox\u00edgeno \u2013OTR- y permeabilidad a la humedad \u2013MVTR-) para que se consiga la mayor vida \u00fatil posible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: #ffffff; color: #333333; cursor: text; font-family: sans-serif,Arial,Verdana,'Trebuchet MS'; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 1.6; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;\"> \u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Se pueden emplear infinidad de formatos de envasado para HPP: bolsas de vac\u00edo, skin, tarrinas y bandejas termoselladas, envases MAP, botes, botellas etc.<\/strong> Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n cont\u00e1ctenos.<\/p>\n<p>Otro elemento muy importante en el envasado son las etiquetas. <strong>Se pueden someter a tratamiento de altas presiones envases etiquetados siempre y cuando las etiquetas sean pl\u00e1sticas.<\/strong> Tambi\u00e9n se pueden emplear envases serigrafiados. Adem\u00e1s, si no le interesa este tipo de etiquetado, IDRO ofrece servicios Ready To Market.<\/p>\n<h2>Envases biodegradables en la tecnolog\u00eda HPP<\/h2>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, cabe destacar que debido a las nuevas tendencias de consumo, cada vez se est\u00e1 haciendo m\u00e1s \u00e9nfasis en la b\u00fasqueda de envases biodegradables como alternativa a los envases pl\u00e1sticos que permitan el procesado por HPP. Por ello, el inter\u00e9s por materiales como PLA o rPET ha experimentado un inter\u00e9s creciente.
